Aluminium Ingot

An eddy current separator then separates metals From non-Metals. It's novel design incorporates a new kind of ridged belt system that separates very fine aluminum particles that would otherwise be lost.

Synthetic Slag
We are providing Synthetic Slag, which changes the composition of slag in order to combine it with steel in a stable manner.
This helps in keeping the correct balance with steel and also assists in engrossing impurities & inclusions. The entire process produces better & cleaner standard steel.
Our Synthetic Slag also alters the basicity of scum, minimizes the melting temperature, & enhances its liquidity. By doing so, the slag eliminates sulphur from steel in the form of sulphides that well move to more liquid slag. Therefore, our range can also perform as a sulfurizing medium.
The improved liquidity & basicity of slag also reduce the abrasion of unmanageable protection, Thus enhancing the dipper's life span.
